This Privacy Policy explains how Absolute Wellness Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", or "our") collects,
uses, and protects your personal data when you participate in the Merchant Loyalty Rewards Programme through
the Absolute Go platform.
1. Information We Collect
When you use the merchant loyalty programme, we may collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number linked to your Absolute Go account
- Loyalty coin balance and transaction history (coins earned and redeemed)
- Reward claims — which rewards you claimed, when, and from which merchant
- Redemption records — date, merchant outlet, and redemption status
- Device and session information when accessing merchant pages
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manage your loyalty coin balance and process reward claims
- To validate and record reward redemptions at merchant outlets
- To send notifications about new rewards, expiring coins, or programme updates
- To prevent fraudulent claims and protect programme integrity
- To generate anonymised analytics that help merchants improve their offerings
3. Data Shared with Merchants
When you redeem a reward at a participating merchant, we share the minimum data necessary to verify
and complete your redemption:
- Your name and redemption reference code
- The specific reward being redeemed and its status
Merchants do not receive your full account profile, coin balance, or transaction history
beyond the specific redemption being processed.
4. Data Retention
- Loyalty coin and reward transaction records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for audit and dispute resolution
- Redemption records are retained for the duration your account remains active
- Upon account deletion, anonymised transaction records may be retained for reporting and audit purposes
5. Data Security
- All loyalty data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Redemption verification uses one-time signed links to prevent replay attacks
- Access to programme data is restricted to authorised personnel only
6. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your loyalty and redemption history
- Correction: Update inaccurate account information
- Deletion: You may delete your merchant account directly through the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from loyalty programme communications at any time
7. Changes to This Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time
- Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date
- Continued use of the loyalty programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance
