2. User Responsibilities
- Users agree not to use the system for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Users are responsible for any content they submit, such as profile details or uploaded files.
- Users must ensure their interactions within the system are respectful and legal.
3. Payment and Refunds
- Fees for premium features or ticket purchases will be clearly communicated.
- Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
- Refund eligibility depends on the event terms specified in the event description.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
- By using Absolute Go, you consent to the collection and use of data as described.
- Users must not misuse personal data accessed through the platform.
5. Permissions and Data Usage
The moderator app may request access to the device's camera for scanning participant
QR codes or barcodes, and for performing face recognition to verify attendance during events.
Photo library access may also be requested to upload or view event-related images.
These permissions are used strictly for event operations and verification purposes.
The app does not collect or share images or personal data without consent.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content and software provided by Absolute Go are protected by copyright and intellectual property
laws.
- Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Absolute Go a non-exclusive license to use it
for system operation and promotional purposes (with consent).
7. System Availability and Limitations
- Absolute Go strives for 24/7 availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We are not liable for losses due to downtime, data loss, or system errors.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user access for violations of these Terms.
- Users may request account deletion at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Absolute Go is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the
system.
- Responsibility for event content and experience lies with the party managing the event.
10. Changes to Terms
- Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
